The staff went above and beyond to assist us with transportation to Parque Tayrona, offering detailed directions and valuable insights, setting a high standard for hospitality. the room we were initially assigned was already comfortable, but the unexpected upgrade to one with air conditioning truly enhanced our experience, ensuring a restful and cool night's sleep. Despite a minor hiccup on the second night regarding room rates, the overall value provided by the hotel, with spacious rooms and modern amenities including a flat-screen TV, surpassed my expectations. the convenient location near acclaimed dining options like Ombu Steakhouse and Estacion 27 made exploring the vibrant neighborhood a delightful experience. I highly recommend Media Luna for its exceptional service and remarkable value, making it an ideal choice for any traveler seeking comfort and convenience in Cartagena.
